Phase II of the Pavilion project is
now underway. As the $160 million
project nears completion, we look
forward to the many ways it will help
positively transform the health care
experience by offering the comforts of
home, providing delightful customer
service encounters, inspiring a sense
of hope, and instilling confidence in
quality of care.
Phase II of the Pavilion will include:
- New main street with multiple
visitor amenities including dining
options, quiet spaces, and retail
- Renovated emergency department
entrance and ambulance bays
- Renovated prep/recovery area
- NEW short stay unit
Arriving to the hospital
Timely and accessible patient
care is always our number one
priority. There are several efforts
in place to ensure patients and
family members can navigate to
their destination quickly and
safely. All patients and visitors
should park in the main parking
garage and enter the facility via
the first floor. Beginning in 2021,
there will be a new, temporary
structure which will provide
access to the rest of the facility.
To reach the emergency
department at Spectrum Health
Lakeland Medical Center, please
proceed directly to that entrance
and park in one of the designated
lots or use the circle drive for
patient drop off and pick up.
