Residency Application
Corewell Health Lakeland only accepts applications through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).
We require the following information so that your application can be considered for an interview:
- Personal statement
- At least one EM letter of recommendation or SLOE
- Medical school transcripts
- USMLE or COMLEX scores
- Dean’s letter
For the 2024-2025 residency application cycle, our program will be participating in preference signaling. We will be conducting virtual interviews and hosting in-person second look visits. In-person interviews are available upon request.
