Residency Application
Corewell Health Lakeland only accepts applications through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).
We require the following information so that your file an be considered for interview:
- Personal statement
- Three letters of recommendation
- Medical school transcripts
- USMLE or COMLEX scores (Steps 1 and 2 required)
- Dean’s letter
In accordance with the "Coalition for Physician Accountability's Work Group" virtual interviews will be available.
For the 2024 ERAS® cycle, our program will be participating in the supplemental ERAS application offered through the AAMC's ERAS program. Applicants will be required to complete the MyERAS application, and participation in the supplemental ERAS application is optional.
